Hi guys – thanks for stopping by…

About Us | Compass and Coconuts | Christina & Kenneth

We are Christina and Kenneth, a hard-working travel couple from Copenhagen, Denmark

‘Compass and Coconuts’ is our little spot on the internet. Our intention is to contribute with the best travel guides possible and to write inspiring itineraries. We will, of course, share all our cool (and sometimes not so cool) adventures with you on a personal and honest level.

Like when we spent New Year’s eve in New York City, soaking wet and miles from the live-action at Time Square. Or when we experience amazing moments like zip-lining across a gorge in the Mexican jungle.

While sharing our experiences, we truly hope to inspire more people to just get out there and to start traveling the world. Because deep down we both believe everyone should travel more. Even busy moms and dads with jobs, responsibilities, and duties.

Traveling simply enriches your life!

We are busy parents ourselves with four challenging teenagers (two each!). For now, we are also still in the 9-5 rat race, but with lots of dreams to change that in the coming years.

In the meantime, we travel as much as we can!

We are deep in love with the world and most importantly in each other. After living half our life in one of the smallest countries in the world, (Denmark) – we have realized that there is so much more to see and so much more to explore.

With our passion and desire for adventures, beautiful cultures and to experience the world’s wondrous entirety, our dream is to make this lifestyle permanent.

We’re a great team together

Christina has amazing creative skills. She is dedicated, passionate and hard-working. Kenneth always has a positive attitude and a calm mind. Our dreams are big and with a constant companionship of love and happiness, we believe we can realize those dreams.

Follow our journey on this blog, on Instagram and Facebook. Maybe we will catch you out there on the road someday.
